Our Location

Te Ngae Physiotherapy and Pilates is located on the east side of Rotorua in the Redwood Centre.

To find us heading out of town: Turn right at the Tarawera Road traffic lights then right again into Redwood Centre entrance opposite La Bonne Bakery and Cafe.

To find us heading into town: Turn left at Tarawera Road traffic lights and right into Redwood Centre entrance opposite the La Bonne Bakery and Cafe. We’re facing towards Te Ngae Road alongside Te Ngae Medical Centre and Pharmacy.

Please respect our service by providing as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment. This may enable someone else to receive treatment. Appointments not cancelled at least 12 hours prior will incur a full private charge. Minimum numbers apply for Pilates classes so please cancel at least 1 day prior to class to allow other clients to be rescheduled if needed.
